InventionStimulator® solution packs provide an out-of-the box solution that's easy to teach and fun to learn. The seven-strong series is keyed to the curriculum and uses the latest educational techniques to get students interacting and thinking as they learn about ICT, Design and Technology (D&T) and Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE). The packs are highly adaptable, each allowing countless design projects, with a wide range of accessories, 32 bit PC software and a wealth of training material.

The idea was the brainchild of two brothers, Ahmad and Naser Sabri, who are both passionate about education and the environment. It was brought to life by the leading-edge innovators at SyscoLab.

The concept isn't rocket science, but is a giant leap from conventional electronic project kits. SyscoLab has developed simple, intuitive, drag-and-drop flowchart-based software for design and solder free click and connect parts, that can be used again and again.

By working with Heads of ICT, teachers and children, we've added a full training pack and user guide, including ready-to-use presentations to help get the discussion going and encourage children to dream up inventions of their own. We've taken the pack into the classroom to get feedback and ideas to make sure it's relevant, attention-grabbing and highly effective, and encourage schools and students to submit their inventions and share their learnings and suggestions for improvements here on the website.

InventionStimulator uses real-world technology that's widely used in labour-saving devices around the home and workplace. The solution pack removes the need for complicated programming, instead allowing plain English commands like 'beep' to be chosen from a list, along with the duration in seconds. While it's child proof, it's not kids stuff - already a number of schools and students have patented their inventions and got them into the shops!
